If you have to ask yourself that question, it probably is. As the opening ceremony is behind us, and the other sessions are approaching with the speed of light we have observed the need to give our readers a hint on the business formal dress code. There is a great value in modern times in knowing how to be dressed appropriately for any occasion, especially in the workplace. The way one dresses itself is of a key component of shaping your professional image, and you are being judged by your appearance if you like it or not.

The way you dress is always a reflection on how you view your work and how others see you in your work position. Each company/business environment has its own dress code and this can vary on the culture, your position, industry itself and the environment. Buying a few clasic business-like clothes will ensure you have a good basis for later so you can mix-and-match for new professional, fresh and fashionable looks. For both men and women we recommend a dark-coloured, quality tailored suit, pansuit or dress suit. Men can add some white shirts and classic ties or bowties and women can add neutral coloured blouses or shells. Putting on well-tailored, clean and pressed pieces is a must. Business formal dress is usually in the colours of black, grey, navy, brown, taupe, beige or white.
But a nice dress is not what makes the person, but it is rather a way around, so make sure you are always well groomed. Your teeth and hair should always be washed, hair combed and styled, men shaved every day. Nails should be short and clean, women should use a light nail polish and a light hand with makeup and perfume. Using a deodorant and smeling good, but please be careful when using a heavy perfume, also as some people might have allergies to some chemicals which may cause them an allergy, therefor – a light hand when using these!

Some instructions for men if you haven't been listening to prof. Udovič on how to tie a Windsor knot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0NPYZyI7V8
We have done a bit of a reserach for you, so please observe this, but it's always up to you to use/break these rules. Let us kindly remind you this was also a part of the instructions from the PO's /.../ be kindly reminded the dress code shall be observed /.../. However, we have noticed the PO's not being very strict on this area, but we cannot say the same for all other areas.
One last piece of advice: If you have to question an item don't wear it! But don't worry, you will be questioned anyways!
