Respectable Delegates, Representatives of States, Presiding Officers and everybody else!
In less than 24 hours the Representatives of States will gather at the National Assembly Building where the Opening ceremony will take place. Each Representative will have exactly three (3) minutes to deliver the Opening speech that shall include all three (3) topics and the general position of the states with regards to the topics.
